Dubai Islands is a landmark waterfront development by Nakheel, including five artificial islands with a total area of over 182M sq.ft. This is a modern district, where residential complexes, world-class hotels, retail spaces, and cultural facilities are harmoniously combined. There are over 20 km of landscaped beaches, including those certified with the Blue Flag, along with expansive parks and lush green zones. Each island has its distinctive character: one of them will become a business and trade centre with Deira Mall and the largest oriental market Night Souk, others are focused on leisure, golf, family resorts, or exclusive villa living.
The infrastructure of the area is impressive in its scale. Over 80 hotels, yacht marinas, restaurants, and shopping galleries will appear here. Dozens of recreation options are available for residents and tourists – from gastronomic spaces to active leisure areas and cultural events. Dubai Islands also offers schools, medical centres, and public institutions, which make the area convenient for families. Thanks to the Infinity Bridge and a well-developed transport network, travel time to the airport or central areas of Dubai will take only 15–25 minutes. The community will become a new symbol of resort life in the metropolis.
