Dubai Islands is an expansive coastal community located on the northern shoreline of Dubai. It blends resort living, urban amenities, and water-based activities. The archipelago comprises five themed islands – Central Island, Shore Island, Marina Island, Golf Island, and Elite Island. Each of them offers its own lifestyle and recreational concept, with beaches, marinas, parks, and golf courses stretching along more than 20 km of coastline. The central zone is planned to host a major retail and entertainment destination, Deira Mall, with hundreds of shops, cinemas, and restaurants, as well as the renowned Souk Al Marfa, a night market with thousands of boutiques, cafes, and diverse international dining venues.
The infrastructure of the waterfront community is expanded with amenities for everyday needs and family services. While schools and nurseries are in development, nearby educational institutions on the mainland, such as Al Ittihad Private School, The Elite English School, and other international schools, are within a short drive. The community will also include medical clinics, pharmacies, supermarkets, and extensive green spaces for walking and recreation, as well as marinas and water sports facilities.
