Dubai Islands is a visionary coastal community set to become a cornerstone of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, a strategic urban development program focused on sustainability, high quality of life, and balanced urban growth. The project is located on Dubai's northern coast and consists of five interconnected islands, each representing a distinct lifestyle, from vibrant urban spaces and cultural hubs to tranquil beachfront zones and upscale residential enclaves. The combined coastline will extend over 20 km of white beaches. Approximately 60% of the area is dedicated to parks and green spaces.
Under the Vision 2040 initiative, Dubai Islands is considered not just as a residential community but as a fully-fledged urban destination with world-class infrastructure. It offers resorts, hotels, beach clubs, golf courses, promenades with restaurants and boutiques, cultural areas, parks, yacht clubs, and water sports areas. This mix of nature, coastal surroundings, and urban amenities makes the community highly desirable for long-term residence and strategic investment. The district supports the emirate's ambition to strengthen Dubai's status as a global centre for living, leisure, and business.
